Our pizza dough is cold fermented for 72 hours to develop a deeper, more complex flavour and a lighter, more digestible base. The slow fermentation process creates a naturally aerated dough that blisters beautifully in our Gozney stone baked ovens, giving you that perfect combination of crispy char and pillowy chew that you simply can't rush. Every base is made with care, time and craft — because great pizza starts long before it hits the oven.
Our menu can be adapted to accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences.

Our pizza stations are designed to serve guests over two hours. Chefs cook each pizza live in front of the crowd, it's interactive, delicious, and always a hit. Pizzas are placed out buffet-style so guests can come up and help themselves whenever they're hungry.

We need a 3×3 metre outdoor space (about the size of a standard marquee) to set up the pizza station. Please make sure the area is flat, accessible, and clear of any low hanging branches or overhangs.

Everything you need for the station, our pizza ovens, trestle tables, serving boards and utensils, plus eco friendly disposable plates, napkins and cutlery for your guests

Our team arrives two hours before service to bump in, set up the station and fire up the ovens so we're ready to go the moment your guests are.

Each guest receives a 12-inch pizza, plenty to enjoy a variety of toppings throughout the event.

Any leftover pizza will be boxed up for you and your guests to enjoy later — nothing goes to waste.
